We Ship Worldwide!

We work with different partner couriers to help us deliver at your convenience. For international deliveries, we partner with Fedex , DHL or LBC. For local deliveries, we work with LBCExpress and GogoExpress.
Please check the following for delivery options:
We offer FREE standard shipping for orders above Php 2,000 within the Philippines. Usual delivery time will take 5 to 6 working days.
For international shipping our estimated rate is Php 2,000 – Php 3,000 depending on the quantity. Usual delivery time will take 7 to 10 working days. Please allow additional time for custom’s delays.
Our Standard Shipping for Philippine deliveries are via Gogo Express or LBC Express. Usual delivery time will take 5 to 6 working days.
Buyer may also opt to book for themselves delivery express via Grab or Lalamove. Usual delivery time will take 1 to 3 working days
We also offer Cash On Delivery. Usual delivery time will take 3 to 7 days within Metro Manila and 7 to 10 days if outside of Metro Manila.
While we will make every effort to ensure your order is delivered safely and on time, IMONO is not liable for courier’s delayed delivery, failure of delivery, or damage to goods in transit, due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Please contact the shipping carrier for further assistance.

All orders are processed once paid via our payment options. For consumer protection, all orders are subject for review. On occasion, this may cause a slight delay in processing your order, our sales team will notify you via email. Your patience is greatly appreciated.

Note: Orders placed during weekends, special promotions and holidays may take additional processing time due to increased order volume. Please allow 1-2 extra days for order processing.

When your order has been shipped, we will send you an e-mail with your tracking number and a link to where you can track it online or via SMS on the mobile number that you registered.
Yes, all orders are individually packed with Imono’s signature box and paperbag. We can also include a personalized Notecard , upon check out as a gift option.
